This week has been an interesting one work wise.
On Tuesday, in our troubleshooting class we looked at the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and the penalties are for it. Later, in Software Development, we looked at the "if" statement of a software.
Yesterday, in Mathematics, we looked at decimal maths where the sums 6.3x10/\(3) equals 6300 and 6.3x10/\(-3) equals 0.0063. Sounds hard, but really easy, just watch how zeros there are. In Adrian's Network class, we looked at the concept of LAN (Local Area Network), hubs and switches. Before that we met up for Responsibilities of Employment. Last week, we went for that class at the first room mentioned in our timetable (there are three classrooms for the lesson), only to get a message from our lecturers asking where we were. Later that day, we went to class and told our lecturers that we went to where our timetable told us to go, we even had a photo to prove it.
In PC Passport, we are learning of the databases. We were asked to create tables, relationships between them, a query and a form. Creating tables and relationships was easy, but the query wouldn't work at all. Turns out the query I was trying to make wasn't the query asked for at all.
I just hope that next week will go well for all of us on the course
Wish us all luck.
